Cork Airport

Pier Holiday Homes is about a one hour drive from Cork Airport. You can fly into Cork directly from most European cities. You can check schedules on the Cork International Airport website. A listing of car hire companies operating from Cork Airport can also be found on that website.

Most longhaul flights will come into Shannon or Dublin Airports, which are approximately 2-1/2 hours and 4 hours, respectively, by car to West Cork.

Swansea Cork Ferry

The Cork Ferryport at Ringaskiddy is about a little over an hours drive from Pier Holiday Homes. Swansea Cork Ferries travel between Swansea (Wales) to Cork all year except from 10th January - 9th March. Brittany Ferries travel from Roscoff (France) to Cork from April - October.

There are also ferry services into Rosslare in County Wexford, which is approximately a 3 hour drive from West Cork; and into Dublin, again about a 4 hour drive.
